Hole 7

Pro's Tip

A par 5 where driver is the favoured choice for most players.

The ideal tee shot will reach the plateau at 180 yards, catching a favourable bounce down the fairway.

Fairway bunkers on both sides can trap wayward drives. The bunker on the right sits around 250 yards out, longer hitters beware.

The second shot presents a risk-reward opportunity. If going for the green in two, you must carry the sea rushes in front of it.

This green is shallow, with a bunker protecting the left side.

Going long is not an option. The safest miss is short-right, leaving a tricky but playable chip.

For those laying up, positioning the second shot near the dogleg is ideal, avoiding right-side bunkers. Leaving yourself 110 -120 yards for the third shot will set up a comfortable approach.
